WHAT WE STAND FOR
The key assets of QMH are its commitment and knowledge of its employees.
A lot has happened since the founding of QMH in 2011. The number of employees has increased, we have become a limited liability company, moved once, increased our office space several times, and founded our subsidiary QMH Academy & Services. But we have always worked just outside Hamburg and fly all over the world for our customers.
What work means to us
By work we mean flat hierarchies, cooperative as well as project-related leadership, the autonomous work of our employees, with the necessary thinking outside the box. This requires a high degree of qualification and responsibility from all of us.
We are always learning and enjoy continuing to do so. At QMH, regular training and lifelong learning are real principles. Everyone is expected to be able to contribute their individual strengths and competences to the company. Everyone should feel good at work. Fun, honesty, an orientation toward values, and a proper culture of feedback characterize our work as well as personal commitment.
And even more: Employees, customers, and other business contacts are never discriminated against on the basis of sex, race, ethnic or cultural origin, religion or belief, age, mental, emotional or physical impairments, or sexual orientation. Honest and respectful interaction with each other is the basic requirement for cooperation at the company.
